ANPAS PACKAGE :

Premium (In-Depth) Appraisal Form
Features include 7 core factor BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale), with open-ended commentary sections for each. The factors are Job Knowledge, Work Quality, Work Rate, Communications, Interpersonal Relations, Policy Compliance, and Attendance. There is a goal-setting section to facilitate discussion and monitoring of specific personal and work goals. Clickable response boxes. Full factor descriptions and rationales. This is a scaled down version of the full ANPAS Premium form. Seven core factor BARS. The feedback sections for each core factor, and the goal setting section have been removed to save space. The Express version is a faster appraisal tool, but it does not have the same depth of feedback as the Premium version. Ideal for shorter mini-appraisals. Clickable response boxes. Micro (Highly Simplified) Appraisal Form

Performance Note Form
A simple one page form for critical incident recording. The PN  becomes part of the employee's personnel record. Use of the PN form is optional. Specifications: Format Microsoft Word document.

Management Appraisal Form (MAF)
For measuring the leadership performance of managerial and supervisory employees. Based on 8 core leadership attributes from the ANPAS Leadership Scale - Resilience, Delegation, Credibility, Strategic Skills, Operational Skills, Decision Skills, Adaptability and Persuasiveness.
