Premium (In-Depth) Appraisal Form
Features include 7 core factor BARS (Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale), with open-ended commentary sections for each. This is a scaled down version of the full ANPAS Premium form. Seven core factor BARS. The feedback sections for each core factor, and the goal setting section have been removed to save space. Micro (Highly Simplified) Appraisal Form
