A User becomes licensed by payment of the appropriate fee to the Owner.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, where the Owner is situated. Should any disputation arise from the use of this site, the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located only in the Commonwealth of Australia. The language of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.

In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions conflicts with the law under which the Terms and Conditions are to be construed or if any such provisions are held invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction over the parties to the Terms, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible its original intention in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

The Owner may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and upon such assignment the Owner may be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.

Any legally unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions may, at the sole discretion of the Owner, be deleted or modified to correct the defect and, regardless, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain valid and enforceable.
