While reasonable care has been taken in the design and
preparation of this web site and its associated products and
services, no guarantee express or
implied is given by Archer North & Associates (the Owner) that the
contents are wholly comprehensive, accurate, applicable, appropriate or up-to-date
in all respects, and no responsibility is accepted for any consequences arising from
its direct or
indirect use or application. Any use or application of the information, files,
procedures, techniques, software or
other products or services acquired herein and/or from the Owner is solely at the risk
of the user, reader, buyer or subscriber (the User). All information provided by the Owner

Copyrights
If you download or print any material, you must keep all
copyright and other notices intact. The right to use it is not
transferable to any other person or entity. The User may not reproduce,
modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish,
license, create derivative works thereof, transfer, or sell any
information, or any other content, software, products or services
obtained herein, except as provided for under specific conditions
allowed by the Owner. The Owner grants the licensed User the right to
copy the ANPAS forms and associated files for the exclusive purpose of
fair use within the licensed User's own organization, provided the
licensed User does not permit the forms and files to be sold, copied,
hired or in any way distributed to any third party. The Owner also
grants to the licensed User the right to modify the forms and files,
provided the same limitations on distribution to third parties. A User
becomes licensed by payment of the appropriate fee to the Owner.
The Owner may modify or discontinue its web site,
emails, or other products and services with or without notice to and without
liability to the User or any other party.
The Owner makes no warranty that the information, products or services
provided free or sold on this web
site, or supplied by email or other means will be appropriate to your requirements, or that this web site will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does the Owner make
any promise or warranty as to the specific beneficial results that may be obtained from the use of
information, products or services published, sold or
distributed by the Owner from this web site and by other means such as
email. The Owner will not be
liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or
losses, whether reasonably foreseeable or not, which may result from the
use, misuse, unavailability,
malfunction, unsuitability, inoperability, or other failure or
inadequacy of the information, products or services published, sold or
distributed by the Owner from this web site and by other means such as
email. In any event, the User agrees that total liability will not
exceed the amount paid by the User originally for any purchase of
information, products or services from the Owner.
The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or
otherwise obtained through this web site is at their own
discretion and risk and that the User will be solely responsible for any damage to
their computer system or loss of data that results from the download of
such material and/or data.
The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the
inability to use the web site or its other products or services, or for the
cost of procurement of alternative goods and services, or resulting
from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received
or transactions entered into through this web site, or resulting from
unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data,
including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data
or other intangible costs.
The User
agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner, as well as the Owner's affiliates,
partners, members, officers and
employees, and any others associated with the Owner,
harmless from any claim or
demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party
due to or arising out of the User's use of the web site, or the User's
use of information, products or services obtained from the web site or
the Owner, or the User's violation of these
Terms and Conditions, or infringement by the User of any intellectual property or other right of any
person or entity.
These Terms and
Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, where the Owner is
situated. Should any
disputation arise from the use of this site, the User agrees to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located only in the
Commonwealth of Australia. The language of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly
for or against any party.
In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions conflicts with the law
under which the Terms and Conditions are to be construed or if any such provisions
are held invalid by a court with competent jurisdiction over the
parties to the Terms, such provision will be deemed to be restated to
reflect as nearly as possible its original intention in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder
will
remain in full force and effect.
The Owner may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms
and Conditions and
upon such assignment the Owner may be relieved of any further
obligation hereunder.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties as
to subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and
